I advise companies of all sizes – from start-ups to established medium-sized enterprises and international groups – on all corporate law matters with a German or Italian dimension. My work covers the full life cycle of a company: from formation through to restructuring, M&A transactions and winding-up.

A further focus lies in advising on directors' liability and corporate governance, which are of growing importance in an increasingly complex national and European legal framework. I pay particular attention to the legally and strategically sound structuring of shareholding arrangements, shareholder agreements and succession arrangements.

My dual admission in Germany and Italy enables seamless cross-border advice without the need to coordinate with multiple external counsel.
