In commercial law I advise and represent companies on all legal matters relating to domestic and international trade in goods and services. This includes in particular the drafting, review and negotiation of supply and distribution contracts, commercial agency and authorised dealer agreements, as well as general terms and conditions.

Of particular importance is the interface between German and Italian commercial law. Here it is not only necessary to reconcile the different statutory provisions and contractual traditions, but also to take into account EU law requirements and international trade agreements.

My approach combines precise legal analysis with a clear understanding of the economic framework and practical requirements of commercial dealings. The aim is to develop legally sound and at the same time workable solutions.
